Beyond developing a brand strategy, our firm practices the belief that a strategy must be implemented successfully and the brand goals fully attained. However, this is not the case across the industry. In fact, once a strategy has been done and dusted, the implementation takes a life of its won and the result has been that traditional marketing activities are enormously wasteful as much of the advertising targets irrelevant demographics or customers that cannot afford or are not interested in the product.
